As athletes that are still active within the sports we cover, along with  our experience at all levels of sport in general from schools & grass roots to world tours and world championships, we completely understand and are prepared for all minor & major injuries following on pitch  or in race incident. 

Due to our experience, we also understand the dynamics of sport and the need to get a RAPID CLINICAL ASSESSMENT.

For certain situations, such as high-risk road racing and time trials where emergency incidents can occur in a heart beat, wheels touch and riders go down, a critical care approach focusing on collaborative working with specialist pre-hospital practitioners coming together as a  team at the roadside within seconds of a crash is necessary.

We have worked on over 1,000 days of road racing and cyclo-cross since 2012.

We have ongoing contracts to support cycle races and events throughout the world and we have extensive experience  covering hundereds of cycle events a year. 

Our staff have worked with neary all of the main cycling clubs in the South West of England and major UCI races in the UK and many abroad too. 

We provide services from a solo medic to full medical teams to cover the events from 10 to 15,000 competitors.
